When will my order be shipped?
At Kratom and Company, we strive to provide the best customer experience possible. We will be sure to ship your order after your E-Check Payment has been cleared. This process can take 1 to 2 business days. If you used cryptocurrency to check out, your order will be shipped right away.
What areas of the United States do you ship to?
We sell our best Kratom products to all areas of the United States that allow Kratom to be sold. Unfortunately, we are unable to sell and ship Kratom to these states: Alabama – Arkansas – Indiana – Rhode Island – Tennessee – Vermont – Washington D.C. – Wisconsin. We are also unable to ship these counties: Oceanside, CA – San Diego, CA – Sarasota, FL – Jerseyville, IL – Union County, MS.
There may be other areas not listed here where we cannot ship kratom products. Your order may appear to process, however, it will be canceled before shipment.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. We are currently working on expanding our shipping capabilities to better serve our customers.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Depending on your location in the United States, USPS Priority Mail guarantees your package to arrive 1 to 3 days after your package has been shipped. We can ship your order one payment has been cleared. If your order is placed before noon it will ship that day. Shipping may take 2 to 5 business days.
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We ship our products using the United States Postal Service. We offer a flat rate of $5.00 for all orders. Free shipping is offered on all orders above $50.

What is Kratom?
Kratom (Mitragyna Speciosa) is a substance obtained naturally from a tree leaf that is considered a food product in many places around the world. This extract is an anti-inflammatory and has been known for pain relief and calming down the mind. It is widely used in culinary preparations worldwide and is considered a delicacy in some places.
Is Kratom Legal?
There is no evidence suggesting that kratom has adverse side effects such as the ones cited by the governments outlawing it. Most states classify kratom as a food substance. Some states and regions prohibit the sale of Kratom. We are unable to sell and ship Kratom to these states: Alabama – Arkansas – Indiana – Rhode Island – Tennessee – Vermont – Washington D.C. – Wisconsin. We can also not ship to these counties: Oceanside, CA – San Diego, CA – Sarasota, FL – Jerseyville, IL – Union County, MS.
